The development of Paddington Basin continues to gather pace with the construction of this prestigious and futuristic new office block. 1 Merchant Square is only one of several developments in the area and HPS Ltd are proud to be associated with its inception. In association with Crown House Technologies Ltd and Laing O’Rourke, HPS Ltd are contracted to fully co-ordinate all building services, shell and core works from its basement plantrooms, up to and including its 14^th floor roof plantroom, in full 3D.

With an address like that, who wouldn't want to live here? Developers Candy and Candy have taken great strides into constructing a cutting edge block of luxury apartments overlooking the world famous Hyde Park. Main Contractors Laing O'Rourke have again teamed up with Crown House Technologies Ltd. to provide 4 individual outstanding blocks of fully serviced apartments ranging from a 1 bedroom duplex at ground floor to a multi-room, penthouse, 3 level tri-plex. HPS Ltd were successful in being awarded the shell and core work and together with the main contractor are producing a 4D single model environment enabling measurements, programming and full co-ordination.

St Pancras Redevelopment

With the very successful recent regeneration of this historic railway station, The Manhattan Loft Corporation has taken on the total refurbishment of its original 1870's landmark hotel on the Euston Road. Main Contractors Galliford Try, associated with English Heritage, are sympathetically restoring this once magnificent building, back to its former glory, providing residential, commercial and hotel space. With luxury apartments, a 250 bed Renaissance hotel, restaurant, leisure centre and several retail units, it has given Mechanical Contractors Emcor Engineering Services Ltd many challenges to overcome and HPS Ltd have been only too pleased to assist in providing the fully co-ordinated, 3D services drawings on their behalf. Starting back in May 2007, with a completion date of May 2010, HPS are committed to completing this project on time and on budget.

With London Victoria becoming the latest major re-development to hit the central London area, Abford House has emerged as the front runner in the regeneration completion race. Distinct and adventurous, with its futuristic roof, Abford House has understandably earned the nickname “The Peak”. It adds a striking line to the otherwise conventional rooflines in the surrounding area, but discreetly houses plant areas that serve the commercial spaces below. HPS Ltd have been instrumental in providing the successful co-ordinated building services installation alongside Emcor Engineering Services Ltd, by creating a full 3D model of both building and mechanical & electrical services. Due for completion in late 2009, The Peak sets the standards for the rest to follow.
